Ru Yi Jin Huang Gao (wish fulfilling Golden Yellow Poultice) often simply referred to as Jin Huang Gao (Golden Yellow Poultice) is a Powerful and extremely effective Herbal Poultice for Martial Arts Injuries - Strains, Sprains, Pulls, Bruises. Jin Huang Gao is the perfect follow up to San Huang Gao(3 Yellow Poultice a.k.a. Herbal Ice) and is Ideal for use in conjunction with Dit Da Jow (die da jiu)
Jin Huang Gao is composed of more warming herbs than san huang gao and is used after Initial Inflammation has Subsided or has been reduced with Cooling Liniments or San Huang San Gao. Ru Yi Jin Huang Gao Dispels Dampness, Clears Residual Heat, Eliminates Toxins, Reduces Residual Swelling, Eliminates Blood Stasis, Helps Prevent the Invasion of Cold - Bi Syndrome
Ingredients : Hong Hua Oil (Safflower oil), Filtered BeesWax, & a blend of powdered herbs
DIRECTIONS: After Initial Inflammation has Subsided (1- 5 days) Apply a Thick layer of Herbal Poultice over Injured Areas With: Residual Swelling & Heat, Bruising, Blood Stasis & Pain. Cover with Gauze or Towel and Tape in Place. Optionally an additional non latex Bandage may be added over the first wrap. Wrap only tight enough to secure Poultice against skin, Do not Cut off Circulation. Wear Poultice 6 - 18 hrs per day, 1 - 3 days. Follow Up with Die Da Jiu. Most Effective After Swelling & Inflammation has been reduced with San Huang San Gao (The Herbal Ice)
