This Kit is Enough to Prepare Several Herbal Poultice (Approx. 10)
Powdered (or ground if unable to Powder) Herbs are Wrapped in Linen, Cloth or Thin Towel. This Poultice is then Soaked With Alcohol (Or Warm Water) Before Being applied. There are Several Methods for preparing this Poultice, complete Instructions are included.
This is a Powerful and Effective Poultice useful for most Martial Arts injuries. Has the Same effect as Injury Die Da Jiu/Dit Da Jow but with the added Benefit of longer Application time. This Poultice or Herbal Padding is the Ideal Follow Up to San Huang Gao or Ru Yi Jin Huang Gao. While San Huang Gao is Composed of Cooling Herbs to stop and disperse swelling as well as relieve Pain, Shaolin Hong Yuan Gao is composed of Neutral & Warming Herbs a different set of pain killers, Stasis Breakers and Circulation enhancers, Ideal for Follow through Healing
