Covid 19 Update & Reopening 1/24/21
1. We have been shut down due to covid 19 restrictions. Our herb shop and school have been completely shuttered for months. Our state was the last to allow reopening.
2. We unfortunately were and are in a unique position, not only because of our location and the locations of most of our suppliers. But also the nature and origins of our products. Needless to say we have had difficulty maintaining and restocking our inventory. With many items unavailable and us not willing to bring in items from the most heavily affected areas. We have been unable to fill orders for much of the year. And many items have been removed from our website.
3. All orders placed during this time have been frozen. They have not been reviewed. Any funds from orders placed during this time have gone in to a paypal account that has not been touched in this time. Any person filing a complaint with paypal during this time has been or is in the process of being refunded by paypal.
4. We are now in the process of reopening. Like everyone else we are struggling to find necessary protective equipment and cleaning supplies. We are restocking our inventory of glass and packaging materials to resume shipping of our primary products first.
5. We will begin filling orders as quickly as possible. Our first priority will be our pre-made liquid products. These alcohol based liniments far predate this pandemic. These orders will ship quickly once glass is restocked.
6. Many orders upon review will be fully refunded our partially refunded. If we can not restock an item for an extended period. Or will not be restocking an item in your order. Funds from that item(s) will be refunded to you. All international order will be refunded. Refund will be issued upon review of order. This will be done in the order they were received. If it will be a partial refund it will be issued at the time of shipment. As we can not ship any orders after a refund has been issued through paypal.
7.During this time of reopening as we work through the backlog of orders we will not taking any emails or calls. All contact will be directly through paypal. Any disputes or claims filed with paypal will be refunded as soon as they are received.
8. Once the backlog of orders has been cleared we will be reformatting our website to a more modern system with better communication and order tracking capability. Moving forward we will be removing many items from our site so that we can better focus on fast shipment of our core products.
