DIRECTIONS : Take 1/4 - 1/2 Teaspoon (1 - 2 Grams) with warm Water or a Small amount of Spirits 2 times daily for 2 - 4 Weeks during the knitting and complete healing Stage (usually 2 - 6 weeks after an injury) of Bone Fractures & Tendon Injuries
