PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS:
In a Covered Stainless Steel Pot, Bring 4 Quarts of Water and One - 2 week Herb Kit to a Rapid Boil.
Once Boiling Reduce Heat to a High Simmer & Cook for 20 - 30 Minutes with the Cover Slightly Ajar
Remove from Heat and Remove Cover, Allow to Cool to a Reasonable Temperature before Use. Being very careful not to burn hands,
Herbs can Be Removed from Liquid or Left in to allow soak to become stronger.
  Optionally Add 1 Pint 100 proof Vodka to Liquid while Cooling. Doing this Makes Soak More Warming and Aids The Circulation of Blood & Qi
Reheat For Use. Boiling in not necessary, Simply reheat to desired Temperature for Use. Add more Water if Needed
Discard after 2 weeks

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
Soak hands for 5 - 15 minutes in Warm Herbal Immersion (Jin Pao)
Massage, Stretch & Flex Hands & Wrists While Soaking
Can be used Before, After, or in between Training sessions as desired.
We suggest using several hours after training sessions after massaging with Dit Da Jow or on the Weekends following a Week of Training.
