SHOULDER RELAXING DECOCTION "This Recipe is used to Improve Blood Circulation, To Tonify the Lumbar Region, And Strengthen the Legs and Hips. Strengthen and regulate the Joints and Relax the Shoulders." Excellent for all Martial Artists To Both Strengthen and Relax the Body. As well as promote proper circulation. Especially helpful for those training in the Southern Styles of Gung Fu. Where the Shoulders Receive an extensive work out and are prone to fatigue. Also very Useful to Promote Flexability in the Shoulder and Legs for the Northern Styles. Drink 1 Four Ounce cup 1 - 2 times per day as needed. 1 Decoction pack can be brewed Twice. Once in the morning and once at night. Or visa versa depending on when you want the stronger dose. This Decoction Pack Contains Over an Ounce of Whole Herbs. Prepared in the Traditional Way. We also use Prepared or Stronger versions of some of the Herbs. Increasing Both the Tonic And Warming Properties of this Formula. |
